Questions, answered.
Everything people usually ask before booking. Don’t see yours? Call or text — a real neighbor picks up.
How do I book a pickup?
Call or text us, send the quote form, or try the load estimator for a ballpark first. We’ll confirm a 2-hour arrival window that works for you.
Can you come today?
Often, yes. Book before noon and we’ll do our best to get a truck to you the same day, seven days a week.
Do I need to be home?
Not always. For curbside or garage pickups we can do a no-contact job — just confirm the price by phone and leave the items accessible.
Do I need to move things outside first?
Nope. We’ll pick items up from wherever they are — inside, upstairs, in the attic or the backyard.
What areas do you serve?
The whole Dallas–Fort Worth metroplex, including Dallas, Fort Worth, Plano, Frisco, Arlington, McKinney, Irving, Denton and 20+ more cities.
How is pricing calculated?
By volume — how much of our truck your items fill. The price includes labor, loading, hauling and disposal. We give you the exact number on-site before any work starts.
How much does junk removal cost?
From $99 for a single item up to $599 for a full truckload. Most garage cleanouts land around a half truck.
Are there any extra fees?
Some items carry recycling fees (mattresses, tires, appliances with refrigerant), and very heavy materials like concrete or dirt are priced by weight too. Anything that applies is included in your upfront price.
Is the online estimate my final price?
No — online and AI estimates are ballparks to help you plan. The crew confirms your exact, all-in price on-site before starting, and you’re never obligated to proceed.
How do I pay?
Payment is due when the job is done. We accept major credit and debit cards and digital payments.
What won’t you take?
Hazardous materials like paint, solvents, fuel, propane tanks, pool chemicals, asbestos and medical waste. Call us if you’re unsure — we’ll point you to the right drop-off.
Do you take mattresses?
Yes. Mattresses and box springs are recycled where facilities are available; a small recycling fee may apply.
Do you remove hot tubs?
Yes. Drain it and have the power disconnected by an electrician, and we’ll cut it down if needed and haul it away.
Do you do demolition?
Light demolition only — sheds, playsets, fences, decks and hot tubs. We’re not a general demolition contractor.
Where does my stuff go?
Usable items are donated to local charities, recyclables go to recycling centers, and only what’s left heads to a licensed disposal facility.
Can I get a donation receipt?
Ask when you book and we’ll request a receipt from the charity where your items are dropped off.
Are you licensed and insured?
Yes. Ask and we’ll provide a certificate of insurance — handy for HOAs, apartment managers and commercial buildings.
